Shipping & Returns – Diamonline

Shipping

  • Carriers: All orders are shipped via secure carriers (FedEx, DHL or equivalent) with online tracking and signature upon delivery.

  • Delivery areas: We ship to Belgium, the European Union, and international destinations. Certain locations may be subject to restrictions.

  • Estimated delivery times:

    • Belgium and neighboring countries: 2–5 business days after dispatch

    • Other EU countries: 3–7 business days

    • International outside the EU: 5–10 business days (excluding possible customs delays)

  • Shipping fees: Calculated and displayed at checkout. Orders over [X €] may qualify for free shipping (depending on current offers).

  • Duties and taxes: For deliveries outside the EU, customs duties, local taxes, or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient.

  • Tracking: Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email.


Returns

  • Return period: You have 10 calendar days from receipt to return an item (unworn, unused, in its original packaging, with all certificates and tags).

  • Procedure:

    1. Contact us at contact@diamonline.com to obtain a return authorization number.

    2. Carefully pack the product and include the invoice or a copy.

    3. Ship the parcel via a tracked and insured service.

  • Return costs:

    • Belgium/EU: Return costs are borne by the buyer, except in cases of defective or incorrect items.

    • International: Return shipping and any customs duties are borne by the buyer.

  • Refunds: Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and inspecting the product.

  • Non-returnable items: Customized or engraved products, unless faulty or incorrect.
